Who doesn't love content? We know we do. Especially, here, on the World Wide Web. It just feels right, having content. And what better way to come up with content than by strip-mining one's past? The best part is it's already done! In fact, that's kind of the definition of the past. So in that spirit, we proudly present Jason Torchinsky's nearly decade-old, college-era columns written for The Daily Tar Heel, the student paper at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Jason spent a pleasant two years there, matriculating and writing his column, Turn Your Head and Cough. Please excuse any references to local landmarks, like the campus' bell tower or "The Pit," a popular student sitting area. And if we could take any necessary copyright acknowledgements to The Daily Tar Heel as read, that would be super.
