Two days later, you finally get from Hollywood to Los Angeles Dirigible Field. The cabbie's fee zeros out your savings account, which causes Bank of America to divert six members of their crack repayment squad away from the company's long-running armed standoff with Citibank. Even if you weren't going to die in the blast, you're as good as dead.
You wander through the blimpport, climb the stairs to the zeppelin, and find your seat. The robo-attendant straps you into your seat and announces that tonight's movie is the classic For Richer For Poorer, starring Sir Tim Allen and Kirstie Alley (before she became a Nobel-winning physicist, of course).
After takeoff, the robot trundles up and thrusts a plate of peanuts and pretzels at you. As you reach for one of each, the robot levels a psionic disruptor ray at your head. "Take ONE," it thunders.
